We want you to be happy with your order! Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

✅ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

❌ Returns & Exchanges

Because of hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please double-check your order details and shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors made during checkout.

💸 Refunds

Refunds will only be granted if:

• The item is proven to be damaged or defective

• The item has not arrived within 45 days of shipping

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
